BEFORE YOU APPLY HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW :

APPLICATION FEE - There is an application fee due in the amount of $25 due at the submission of this application. This must be paid in order for your application to be considered.

If you are selected it will be applied to your space fee.

BOOTH FEE - Each space is $125. Spaces are 10ft wide x 15ft long. 10x10 tents are only allowed. Nothing bigger. You have five feet of open space on the side of you that you can merchandise. There are no refunds what so ever.

You can apply for up to two spaces as a vendor. If you want more than two spaces please add the request into your application notes. If you are accepted for the event, you will be notified how many spaces you are awarded.

Vendors with carts, trailer , trucks etc need to include the width and length of their vehicles if they exceed 10 wide x 15 length in feet.

NOTIFICATIONS - We will email you acceptance/denial letters so be on the lookout for any communications from teleportvintage@gmail.com. We will also email you with instructions and the deadline to pay your booth fee. It is imperative that you pay the booth fee before the deadline to secure your spot and receive load-in/load-out instructions. If you do not pay your booth fee by the deadline your spot will open up and be given to someone on the waitlist.
