This is the nicest fur we have had in a long time.
Frederick & Nelson was a famous Seattle department store (1890-1992) known for quality goods, including a prominent fur salon that offered the highest-end furrier services possible. This was a custom ordered coat.
The design and thoughtfulness of how this piece was made is impeccable. The gorgeous shawl collar is the underbelly long fur while the body moves in and out of the shorter fur to longer fur.
Being that it is a Frederick and Nelson, we are not surprised at the impeccable design and quality of craftsmanship on full display with this piece.
This coat puts any designer furs to shame.
Don’t sleep on this one. She’s absolutely remarkable in every way.
